How do I cancel my subscription?
All subscriptions are billed through Apple. On your device: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Reckoned Yet? → Cancel. If you have trouble, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my account?
Open the app → Settings (gear icon) → Delete account → type DELETE to confirm. This is irreversible and completes within 30 days.
Magic link didn't arrive.
Check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, wait two minutes and request another. Still nothing? Email us and we'll investigate.
My chart looks wrong.
Double-check the birth date, time (including AM/PM), and city. A 12-hour AM/PM flip is the most common cause. If the chart still looks off, email us with the birth info you entered and what you expected — we take chart accuracy seriously.
Data export.
Email support@reckoned.app with the subject line "Data export request." We'll respond within 30 days.
